Automatic clean trash in outlook

There are many activities you can do when managing an e-mail. Replying to e-mail, forward, delete, create new e-mail, and various other activities.

When deleting an e-mail, electronic mail will be inserted into the Deleted items folder, not discarded. Folder works like the Recycle Bin on the Windows desktop.
